The Texas State Conference for Young People in AA is an annual event in which those young or young at heart in the program of Alcoholics Anonymous get together for a weekend of Fellowship, Service, and Recovery.

The 43rd TXSCYPAA Host Committee is a group of alcoholics formed to organize and plan the 43rd Texas State Conference of Young People in AA in Fort Worth with participation from the whole state of Texas. The host committee was formed in 2023 when the North Texas Bid was awarded at the 42nd TXSCYPAA in League City.

The committee practices AA’s three legacies: Unity, Service, and Recovery. Our Host Committee is an AA service committee with the primary purpose of staying sober and helping other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. The Host Committee shall act in the spirit of AA’s 12 steps, 12 Traditions, and 12 Concepts of AA World Service in order to collectively plan, organize and facilitate a successful conference. The experience of TXSCYPAA has been life-changing to many members and we wish to give back what has freely been given to us.

TXSCYPAA 43 will be held in Fort Worth, TX October 25th-27th, 2024.
